A: Yes, we have access to a very large supplier network. Simply contact us and let us know what you are looking for.

Q: Can you ask the driver to call me before delivery?

A: We can do our best to get the driver to call you before delivery by adding a delivery note to your parcel. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the driver will be able to do so at the time.

A: Absolutely. We can deliver to any street address in South Africa.

A: No. We currently only deliver within South Africa.

A: We do not currently ship to PO addresses. We can deliver to any South African street address during business hours using door-to-door couriers.

A: No. We operate Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 05:30 PM Office hours, excluding public holidays. We are not open on Saturdays or Sundays.

Q: How do you know whether a product is definitely available or not?

A: You can view product stock statuses just below the title on the product page. ‘In stock with PlugnPlay Technologies’ or ‘In stock with Supplier’ is generally a good indication, whereas ‘Contact for Availability’ may mean that stock is no longer available.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We currently accept electronic bank deposits (EFT) and via PayFast. We do not accept credit/debit cards at this time.
